Why Does My Remote Car Starter Work Everywhere Except For At Home Where I Really Need It?

why does my remote car starter work everywhere but at home where i live. I have the extended range antenna and the remote car starter still doesnt work unless i walked all the way up to the car but it works perfectly fine in other locations. is there another accessory i can buy to make the range better or could there be something my parking lot thats causing it not to work at home. i live in an apartment complex.

    maybe out of range, how high is your apartment up ?
    if your not that high up, you should try opening a window and hang it out the window right behind the screen; a closed window, especially at a distance, can block some of the waves that are coming from your remote

    probably because the wall of your house is blocking the signal or maybe you have some other device which cancels out the signal. have you bought any new electronic stuff lately? that could be the problem.
